iPhone XR (2019): Protective covers reinforce dual camera, recycled screen and small details

More leaks in protective covers are reasserting that the successor to the iPhone XR for 2019, which does not have a name yet defined, will hit the market with a design very close to its bigger brother, the possible iPhone XI. After rumors bet that Apple’s “cheap” for this year will arrive with a 5% higher battery, now the design returns to draw attention.

In the images below we can check the transparent protection cover for iPhone XR (2019) or iPhone XIR displaying the blue color of the device, which was not revealed in the leaker Mark Gurman leak in mid-May as you can check here. At the time, glasses in the colors black, white, green, yellow, lavender and red emerged highlighting the six color options for the popular smartphone.

The images above show the two rear cameras of the device, possibly one with common lens and one with an ultra-wide lens, no telephoto/zoom lens for the iPhone XR 2019, and we also see the square camera module and the same screen with the notch that Apple has used since the year 2017.

With this year’s release, it will be the third edition of an iPhone with the same notch criticized by users and goes in the counter-hand of the industry, which features solutions increasingly smaller or even non-existent to give the user the experience of viewing content no interruptions.

iPhone XR (2019): possible specifications

  • Two rear cameras with a common lens and ultra-wide lens
  • Single front camera with face recognition sensors
  • Between 64 GB and 256 GB internal storage
  • Wireless reverse charge
  • iOS 13
