WildStar Closes Servers at the End of November

Its creators, Carbine Studios, closed their doors weeks ago.

The end of the trip. The remarkable WildStar will put an end to his online career on November 28 after several years in the competitive world of MMORPG. News that comes shortly after the announcement that Carbine Studios closes its doors.

“When we started working on what would be WildStar in 2005, the team set out to create something special that would show a different type of MMORPG experience,” they comment in their official blog. “At its launch, Carbine’s team offered a deep, exciting and spectacularly fun game full of extravagant adventures.”

“It has been a great privilege to share these adventures with all of you during the last four years,” they continue in their emotional official statement. “Unfortunately, these adventures will come to an end, it’s never easy to say goodbye to something, especially when that something means so much to many,” they add in a message confirming that November 28 will be the last day of WildStar.

Originally released as a video game with the monthly subscription, WildStar embraced free to play to attract more fans, which initially worked, experiencing a large increase in the number of players.
