Samsung Galaxy Wearable may have confirmed the Galaxy Watch 3 and the Galaxy Buds Bean

In recent weeks, several rumors said that Samsung would be preparing to launch the new generation of its smartwatch, in addition to new TWS headphones, which curiously have a shape similar to that of a bean. Today, new information found in Samsung’s Galaxy Wearables app seems to finally confirm the existence of the devices, revealing names, and even some design details.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 3

The new watch from the manufacturer can “skip a generation” and be called Galaxy Watch 3, according to the logo found in the app, probably to avoid any confusion with the Galaxy Watch Active 2. The wearable was recently certified by the FCC and should be launched in four versions, with two 41mm and two 45mm.

The basic models will come equipped only with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, while the more robust will also bring 4G LTE. All devices will be built in Titanium and Stainless Steel, with rotating bezel, a screen with Gorilla Glass DX, 5ATM water resistance, military certification MIL-STD-810G and GPS.

Samsung Galaxy Buds Live / BudsX

The new headphones, which were known in previous leaks for “Galaxy Buds Bean”, had their special format confirmed, with lines of code referring to the name Buds Live. As reported by the website XDA Developers, however, the accessory should actually be called BudsX, a name already registered by Samsung in April. Regarding the specifications, it is expected that the novelty will bring improved speakers and active noise cancellation.

The new devices appear to be close to their launch, which may happen as early as August, along with the announcement of the Galaxy Note 20 and the new Galaxy Fold. Even today, leaks pointed to details of some of the South Korean manufacturer’s new foldable. The company may be developing a smartphone that folds into two parts, while the new Fold may make use of Ultra-Thin Glass, being considerably more resistant.
