Android TVAndroid TV is seeing its library grow steadily, and today a new streaming service has been incorporated into the platform. XUMO, the free, ad-supported live streaming service has officially launched its app for the Google operating system.

The app debuted its service this month on Android TV Box and Comcast Xfinity, although reviews on PlayStore indicated that the service had been available since June, with a bug-filled version.

There are more than 160 channels available for live streaming, with well-known names such as History Channel, NBC News, and FOX Sports. With operations started in 2011, XUMO is available on platforms such as Roku and Apple TV. Coming to Android means expanding into more than 30 devices in the US alone, and its range has tripled since January for a year.

You can easily download XUMO from the Play Store on devices such as Nvidia Shield, which recently received Android Pie, JBL Link Bar, Xiaomi Mi Box S and other TVs using the Google platform.
