iPhone 12 Pro Max should have new premium cameras provided by Largan, according to leaker

Much has been said about the 120Hz screens that may or may not appear on the iPhone 12, but a very important point of Apple devices are the cameras, which should receive great attention in 2020. At least that’s what the leaker Ming-Chi Kuo. According to him, the device will feature premium lenses provided by Largan, which should have several improvements.

Ming-Chi Kuo is a respected analyst who has revealed many things about iPhone models that had not been released, and now he says the supplier will start new component deliveries this month in July. This is very interesting since Apple has already received lenses from her for the past two years, so the new batch can only belong to a new version of the iPhone.

Kuo also says that production has already suffered a considerable delay, from four to six weeks, in the second half and, although he did not specify what caused it, we can certainly assume that the coronavirus pandemic crisis was responsible and should cause a falling inventory of these components between September and November.

This delay may be reflected in the launch of the new iPhones, which are yet to be unveiled in September, but some of them may only hit the shelves in October or November.

Although Kuo does not specify anything about the premium cameras that will be provided by Largan, sources have already revealed that the 6.7-inch model launched by Apple in 2020 will have this enhanced sensor that can capture more light to provide superior image quality, in addition to other improvements, which unfortunately were not specified.

In the case we are talking about an iPhone 12 Pro Max after all Apple should launch devices with 3 different screen sizes this year: 5.4 inches, 6.1 and 6.7, which would be the most powerful with Largan’s components and production should start only in October due to its high construction complexity. Mass production of the other models should start in September.
