Presented officially only a few days ago, Konami has assured that there are no plans to bring Castlevania: Requiem to other platforms, is, therefore, an exclusive release of PS4. The Japanese company responsible, among others, the Silent Hill saga, has not gone into more detail about the reasons that led him to rule out the release of the game on other machines.
As detailed in the Castlevania ad: Requiem, it is a compilation that brings back updated versions of the classic Rondo of Blood and Symphony of the Night. Both titles will be released in the Sony console with a 4K resolution (rescaled), new rendering modes and compatibility with trophies.
The announcement of Castlevania Requiem: Symphony of the Night and Rondo of Blood comes just days before the release of the second season of Castlevania on Netflix, an animated series that has left a good taste in the mouth among fans.
