TvOS 13 was announced a few weeks ago as the newest version of the Apple TV HD and 4K platform, delivering an even more compelling user experience to all users of the apple setup box, especially because of the inclusion of control over support. PS4 and Xbox.
However, we know that sometimes the arrival of a new version of an operating system may be accompanied by some problems and it seems that we are facing this case, particularly involving the TV app.
The TV is one of the tvOS’s top apps – so much so that it has a dedicated physical button on the Siri Remote. Through it users can browse through video content present in third-party apps and can check movies, series, services such as Apple TV Channels, purchases on iTunes and, briefly, Apple TV Plus.
According to recent reports, many owners of Apple HD and 4K TVs are having trouble trying to open the TV app, seeing that it simply closes when users are browsing (especially when accessing the Watch Now tab).
The problem seems to be related to tvOS 13, which in addition to several new features also brought a partial redesign to the system.

Apparently the TV app on other platforms is not being affected by the same issue. It is of the utmost importance that Apple corrects this failure as soon as possible, seeing that it could end up negatively impacting the commercial launch of its streaming service.
