Redmi 9: Xiaomi announces launch date of mobile phone in Malaysia

Xiaomi is increasingly close to expanding the marketing of the new Redmi 9 phone to other markets where the company is active. After launching in Europe, Redmi, a subsidiary of the Chinese manufacturer, confirmed the date on which the device will be made available in Malaysia.

The disclosure of this novelty took place through a banner, where rendering of the smartphone is present together with the color options that were made available to him in this first launch phase. As you can see in the images, in addition to confirming that on the 18th the product will be announced in Malaysia, the brand revealed the price to be charged for it.

In the option with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, the price to be applied is MYR499 (~ R $ 589) and the 4/64 GB model will cost MYR599 (~ R $ 708). However, during the launch, the less robust version will be able to be purchased by MYR449 (~ R $ 530).

It is worth remembering that the Redmi 9 has a 6.53-inch screen in Full HD + resolution, four cameras at the rear with 13, 8, 5-megapixel sensors together with a room for depth-of-field images. In processing, the company chose to apply MediaTek’s Helio G80 chipset, in addition to a 5,020 mAh battery with 18W fast charging.
