WhatsApp beta gets test update for three new features

While preparing some news for the web version, WhatsApp this week released a new update for the beta audience that brings a number of improvements. According to the WABetaInfo staff, the application receives the build v2.20.200.3 on the Play Store.

The first novelty present in the software was designed for the public that works using the Business platform. The intention is to provide users with a shortcut button to the store’s catalog. Thus, whenever the user contacts a company, the virtual catalog button will be available next to the call option.

In addition, the call interface continues to receive minor touches. This time, the user will be able to choose between making an audio or video call every time they want to initiate a call to their contacts.

Finally, another novelty is the presence of a feature that allows you to add Doodles to the backgrounds with solid colors. The functionality has already been tested on the web version of WhatsApp and now officially arrives on smartphones.

For now, all the news mentioned remain in development and have small bugs. In addition, there is still no official date for launching the resources for everyone.
