Unboxing and Design Observations
Unboxing of Satechi Aluminum Monitor Stand Hub is a straightforward affair. A relatively simple cardboard box and some Styrofoam are used to protect its contents which you found it outside of the product.
The iMac Stand is comprised of a solid piece of aluminum with underneath raised legs, which create a shelf-like effect on a desktop surface. There are four rubber feet to the underside of stand to keep it nice and secure on the table.

Satechi offers this stand in both space gray and silver aluminum colors. If you use a silver model with space gray iMac Pro, it doesn’t look bad. It is much easy to install anything into your system through stand it takes only a few seconds. It also depends that how much cable mess you have behind your iMac.
The Stand also provides two inches of additional height to iMac users, which makes a big difference in usability because iMac has no built-in vertical adjustment. The added height is nice. It also has a feature of substantial storage area that can be hidden behind the magnetic front cover.
Connecting to iMac

The hub comes with an attached USB-C uplink cable and features a cable management area on the underside to store said cable.
