Another week of news on Netflix and you check all of them here in the Workshop.
Among the highlights is the debut of the film based on one of the most successful anime of recent times: Death Note. In the plot, a young man finds a notebook left by the God of Death in which all those who have their names there will die. When he realizes the power he has in his hands, he decides that he has the mission of becoming a vigilante and cleaning up the world of people who do not deserve to live. But a genius investigator will try to stop him from continuing cleaning. If you want to remember the anime just click here and check it out. The 36 episodes will fly by.
Another cool thing that will debut this week is the series The Fog, created by the online American channel Spike that lands here as original Netflix. It is one more work of Stephen King being transported from the books to the screens where a mysterious mist slowly surrounds the city of Bridgton, creating a barrier of visibility almost impenetrable. City residents soon realize that the situation is even more frightening when they discover that, hidden in the mist, there are monsters that attack and kill anything that moves.
Doubts that will be another success? Some of his works that have already made this book x television path were: It – The Medal of Honor, The Illuminated, Carrie the Stranger, Under the Dome, among many others, after all, he is the most adapted author of all time.
And one final thing: A lot of the titles are not listed by Netflix before its debut, so we’ll only know about them on launch day. But do not worry, this post is updated DAILY. You just have to come back here to see if more things have been added than were previously announced.
