Microsoft upgrades Outlook to Android with S-Pen support and new splash screen

In recent days, Microsoft has released a new update for Outlook, in its version for the Android operating system. The update changes the application version to 3.0.134 and comes with news.

The main one is the Samsung S-Pen support. In this way, users of the tool on Galaxy Note devices will use the model’s pen with functions to switch between E-mail, Attachments, Events or People options, both for viewing and for quick action.

Another change is the inclusion of a new splash screen, which is displayed with the new app icon – inserted in the Google platform since March this year – when running Outlook.

To top it off, Microsoft still reports in its changelog that it included bug fixes and performance enhancements to optimize the use of its tool – but did not elaborate.

Outlook can be downloaded or updated through the official Google Play store. The download link is available on the card below the text.
