Mi 11 Ultra: alleged prototype confirms design, rear secondary screen and more

After making the global launch of the new Mi 11, Xiaomi now begins to focus on the final stage of development of the Mi 11 Ultra model. It is nothing new for anyone that this device is almost ready to be made official and has different specifications to compete with other flagships.

This week, a Filipino Youtuber ended up publishing a video showing the alleged Mi 11 Ultra prototype. Apparently, this device is the M2012K1G, which has already been certified at ECC in Europe and even at BIS in India.

In general, the smartphone has good construction and will be available in black and white colors. However, what really drew attention is that the rear camera module is large and popped out of the device’s body.

As the video was deleted at the manufacturer’s request, some images remained. Check out:

A point that draws attention in this set of cameras is that there is the brand “120X Ultra Pixel AI Camera” written on the module itself, something that indicates that Xiaomi is actually using a periscope zoom lens. The LED flash unit is triple, with a secondary screen on the side.

The idea of using this small display is to display any application present on the smartphone. Apparently, Xiaomi wants the user to use this smaller screen to take selfies with the rear cameras.

For now, Xiaomi has not confirmed the veracity of the leaked material. So, we need to point out that everything should be considered as just another rumor. Anyway, the specifications of the Mi 11 Ultra include Snapdragon 888 processor.

In addition, it has a 6.8-inch OLED screen with WQHD + resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The hole in the display should hold a 20 MP selfie lens, while the main rear has 50 MP. Finally, the set is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery with a 67W charge.
