It bugged! Night mode released for Galaxy S9 and Note 9 presents problems and users complain

And whoever owns the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Note 9 smartphones has started sending out various complaints on the manufacturer’s forums to help solve a problem detected in the night mode applied to the devices in the latest updates, in order to make it more stable.

The novelty was made available to the devices launched in 2018 to approximate the number of photographic options available of the S10 cell phones, which already have this option of low-light in operation and improvement for a few months, giving even more versatility to the various applied in the flagships.

The first device among those mentioned in the matter to receive the update was Note 9, which won the mode along with the update package for the month of June. In July, it was S9’s turn to start making this much-needed news available to users since Google showed Pixel that it is possible to shoot well at night.

However, apparently, the usability is not being as efficient as expected, because by activating this option a “Camera Failure” message appears and the captures are not made. Instability is being detected in different ways in cell phones, most of the time working and in eyes failing in 90% of the attempts to photograph.

For now, it has been detected that the bug is reduced with the use of the camera configuration in 16: 9 format, which may even facilitate Samsung’s work in bug hunting. Obviously, this solution should be seen as temporary, because it is necessary for the company to make the modification of the app as soon as possible so as not to generate more complaints.
