Honor 8X exceeds 15 million units sold; Honor 9X confirmed for July

Honor 8XIt’s no secret that Honor 8X has dominated a great portion of the smartphone market since its official launch thanks to the low price, its well-finished design and the specifications of an intermediary that stands out. Known in the West as Honor View 10 Lite, the 8X now achieves an excellent brand for its manufacturer.

An honor presented a teaser for the Chinese market highlighting the sale of no less than 15 million units of the entire Honor 8X line, congratulating the company, thanking users and promising many new features for upcoming releases.

According to Xiong Junmin, Honor’s vice president, it took 9 months for Honor 8X and 8X Max to hit 15 million sales. And executive recalls further that to reach the mark of 10 million models sold the company took only 173 days after its release.

Missing a few days to the launch of the new Honor 9X (the date of announcement is confirmed for July 23), the brand is already established in the Asian market grows and increasingly throughout the international market over the months.

The successor to the 8X is expected to have a 6.59-inch IPS LCD panel display, Full HD resolution, 6 GB + 128 GB variant, 24 MP front camera, Triple rear camera with 24 MP main sensor, 8 second MP with wide-angle lens plus a 2 MP sensor for depth of field.
