Galaxy S11: Handset has 108 MP camera and can offer 5x zoom, says rumor

While a series of rumors anticipate what we can expect from the Galaxy A 2020 line, Samsung is working with key features to be announced with the new Galaxy S11. Despite the undefined date, the devices may launch in February.

Now, according to people who work with Samsung, the company should really bet on the launch of the 108 MP main sensor Galaxy S11. In addition, to present a powerful set against competitors, the top of line 2020 will also have three more cameras.

The secondary should be an ultra-wide, the tertiary promises to offer up to 5x optical zoom, while the latter will be a ToF sensor. According to rumors, the whole set will be arranged in L-shape on the large rear module.

Sources who spoke to Bloomberg also revealed that Samsung plans to launch the second generation of the Galaxy Fold together with the S11 family. The new folding should hit the market with the same S-line photographic specifications.

So we should also expect a 108MP main camera and a 5x optical zoom lens. This can be seen at Samsung Electro-Mechanics, which recently commissioned a considerable increase in the production of this zoom module.

For now, Samsung has not officially commented on rumors and leaks involving the Galaxy S line. Anyway, the use of more powerful sensors in the handsets should offset the rear design that has sparked heated discussions among the company’s fans.
