WiFiAnalyzer (open-source) For PC (Windows & MAC)

WiFiAnalyzer is an application that will allow us to examine all the WiFi networks around us, easily measuring the intensity of each of its signals and identifying which channels are more saturated.

From the drop-down menu on the left of the screen we can quickly access all the features of WiFiAnalyzer. One of the most useful is the ‘channel evaluator’, which will provide us with an assessment of one to ten stars from all available channels. Thus, we can quickly see which are the best. Another very useful feature is the classic channel graphics, thanks to which we can have a very intuitive graphic representation of all the channels that surround us.

WiFiAnalyzer is an excellent application, thanks to which we can really optimize our WiFi. That said, it’s important to keep in mind that WiFiAnalyzer does NOT allow you to ‘find out’ WiFi network passwords or anything like that. It is simply an app with which to examine nearby WiFi networks to choose the channel that suits us best.
