Unknown Future’s combat system is identical to that of the aforementioned Slay the Spire. Players will have three action points each turn, with which they can play their cards, whose cost usually ranges between one and three points. At our disposal we will find attack, defense and support cards, which we will have to learn to combine. Our goal: defeat all enemies taking the least amount of damage possible.
After each fight we manage to win, we can choose between three different cards as a reward. In this way we will be able to create and personalize our deck of cards little by little, trying to balance the number of attack, defense and support cards. Sometimes, in addition, we can eliminate a card from our deck, something very useful to get the worst cards out of the way. After all, our goal is to have the best deck possible.
