MASS FOR THE DEAD is an RPG based on the popular Overlord light novel that also features an anime adaptation. An old-fashioned RPG where we are going to venture into the dark fantasy universe created by Kugane Maruyama.
We will have to survive in Yggdrasil, the popular online game whose servers have closed and from which we are unable to exit. To do this we will have to fight against all kinds of enemies in fun turn-based combat where we will make the most of the skills of our team of four heroes.
In each turn of the fighting we will choose an action per character to carry out once we have selected all of them. If enemies remain alive after our attack, it will be the opponent’s turn. We will solve confrontations against three hordes of different enemies until we finish them all. This is repeated in the different game modes present in MASS FOR THE DEAD, although in the campaign mode we can discover more about the history of the game.
MASS FOR THE DEAD is a fantastic role-playing game that fans of the original series will enjoy thanks to controlling Overlord characters for the first time in a game. A title that has an excellent technical section and the original dubbing of the anime.
