HardCooked is a strategy game openly inspired by the great Overcooked, in which we will have to get into a kitchen and try to get all the dishes they order, as fast as we can. And for this we will need to coordinate a team of two chefs.
The game system is practically identical to the aforementioned Overcooked. In the upper right corner of the screen we can see all the orders they send us, so that the sooner we complete them, the better tip we will get. To fulfill each order, we will have to press, work and combine the ingredients. The problem? Normally we will need to coordinate the efforts of our two chefs, if we want to get the dishes on time. And sometimes, this will not be easy at all.
To complete each of the twenty levels of the game, we will need to get a minimum amount of money. Only by reaching the minimum we will obtain at least one star, necessary to be able to access the next level. But of course, the ideal is to get the three stars, a feat for which we will have to make our two chefs work side by side.
During the first HardCooked levels we will hardly have ingredients, so everything will be easier. As we progress through the game, however, we will gain access to many more ingredients, such as mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, meat, pasta, and so on. The more ingredients available, the more difficult.
HardCooked is a very entertaining strategy game, which has a lovely graphic section, and offers a challenging and addictive mechanics. Its only drawback is, precisely, how similar it is to the great Overcooked, with whom it almost, almost shares title.
