Within days of releasing its users iOS 13.2, iPadOS 13.2, tvOS 13.2, macOS Catalina 10.15.1 and watchOS 6.1, Apple decided to start distributing the new trial versions for their platforms.
Upcoming updates for operating systems will come via iOS 13.3 and iPad 13.3 (17C5032d), watchOS 6.1.1 (17S5433b) and tvOS 13.3 (17K5433c), which are currently only available to Apple Developer Center registered developers.
Although we don’t have much news about what has changed in the new builds, some reports already point to fixing bugs in iOS related to RAM management, as well as the inclusion of a feature that allows you to set limits for the Phone, FaceTime, Messaging app. and contacts from iCloud, which was present in the early beta of iOS 13, but had been removed.
iOS 13.3 Beta seems like it fixes the apps reloading / RAM management issue. I have opened 32 apps and have not had one reload yet on iPhone 11 Pro Max

Another change that is worth mentioning is that apparently now it will be possible to completely disable Memojis Stickers on the iOS or iPadOS virtual keyboard for those who do not use the feature.
We do not have a date for the arrival of the Public Beta release yet, targeted at Apple Beta Software Program participants, but as usual, it should be available in the coming days. For now, we don’t have an official changelog for the new platforms, but little by little we are discovering the changes.
