As always, Twitter – which recently gained Android and iOS features in the web version – is implementing new features on its platform to deliver an even better user experience for all its users.
The newest one is the “Comment Tweets” section, which basically groups together the quotes from the original tweet, making them easily visible in an organized way.
From now on, when the user touches comment tweets in the publication, they will be presented with a list of all quotes and reactions. The new feature has just been officially announced by the Twitter support account:
Tweets about a Tweet add more to the conversation, so we’ve made them even easier to find.
Retweets with comments are now called Quote Tweets and they've joined the Tweet detail view. Tap into a Tweet, then tap "Quote Tweets" to see them all in one place. pic.twitter.com/kMqea6AC80

Above we can read something like:
Tweets about a Tweet add more to the conversation, so we make them even easier to find. Commented tweets are now called comment tweets and they have entered the Tweet details view. Touch a Tweet and then touch “Comment Tweets” to see them all in one place.
